This is where the kids will want to spend their time! Our game room was made for family fun and a little friendly competition. Challenge each other to pool, shuffleboard or ping pong, or grab a game of Jenga, chess or checkers.

After a day of exploring, it’s the perfect spot to unwind, laugh and keep the fun going.

The kitchen is modern, comfortable and stocked with what you need to make meals feel easy while you’re here. The large island with three barstools is a favorite spot for morning coffee, quick breakfasts or hanging out while someone cooks.

You’ll find stainless steel appliances, Caraway cookware, a wine fridge and plenty of wine and cocktail glasses. The coffee station has both a K-cup and ground coffee maker, with K-cups and fresh local Alpha & Omega Coffee Roasters coffee provided. We also have a selection of teas and dishwasher pods ready to go.

Whether you’re making breakfast before heading out for the day or cooking dinner for the whole family, you’ll have everything you need right here.

Dine in!

Gather around the table for family meals, morning coffee or a game night spread. The dining table seats 8 and sits right between the kitchen and living room, keeping everyone connected while you cook, eat and hang out.

Lounge about!

A comfortable spot for the whole family to slow down and hang out. There’s plenty of seating to spread out, a 55” Smart TV for movie nights and an electric fireplace that adds a little extra ambiance.

Whether you’re relaxing after a day of exploring Northwest Arkansas or settling in for a movie with the kids, this is an easy place to gather.

Personal space!

Need a quiet spot to catch up on a little work or take a break? This flexible nook has a twin daybed, desk and chair, plus high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls and streaming.

It’s also a great little spot for a nap, reading or some quiet time when you need a break from the action.

Wash up!

Traveling with kids means laundry happens. Our laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer, along with laundry detergent, dryer sheets and stain remover. You’ll also find an iron, ironing board and steamer for quick touch-ups.

Bike wash!

Bringing bikes? We’ve got you covered. The garage has secure wall-mounted bike storage plus everything you need to clean up after a day on the trails, including a bike cleaning system, wash mitts, microfiber towels, brushes, chain cleaner, degreaser and lube.

Please wash bikes outside on the concrete slab beside the house, then feel free to dry and store them safely in the garage.

Bikes are NOT provided.

Outback!

The backyard is made for slowing down and spending time together. The fully fenced yard gives the kids room to play while everyone else can relax on the deck, soak in the hot tub or gather around the fire pit.

Fire up the Blackstone for dinner, challenge the family to a game of Giant Jenga or cornhole, or settle into the outdoor seating and enjoy the peaceful, wooded views. Once the sun goes down, the string lights and fire pit make it the perfect spot to hang out under the stars.

It’s private, comfortable and designed for those evenings when you don’t want the day to end just yet.
